Why This Exists
Built by a parent who was living it in real time.

In early 2024, I found myself standing at a crossroads — grappling with what it actually takes to develop an athlete, and realizing that nobody was going to hand me the roadmap.
I had poured countless hours, energy, and resources into finding the right coaches, camps, and training environments for my son Hugo. Each decision felt monumental. And the overload of options left me feeling more lost, not less.
Scrolling through directories. Comparing clinics. Booking blindly. Hoping I wasn't missing something that would matter two years from now.
It was exhausting. And it was lonely. Because nobody tells you this part. That's when I knew there had to be a better way — a smarter, clearer path to help parents support their athletes without the burnout.
Last week my son received his first D1 offer from Auburn.
Not because we got lucky — because we stopped reacting and started executing.IAS is more than a brand. It's a bridge — between potential and a plan, between frustration and confidence, between where you are and where you know your child can go.
