In early 2024, I found myself standing at a crossroads — grappling with what it actually takes to develop a young football player into a college-ready athlete. My son had the talent. He had the drive. What we didn't have was a roadmap, and nobody was going to hand us one.

I poured hours, energy, and money into finding the right coaches, the right camps, the right training environments. Scrolling directories. Comparing clinics. Booking blindly. Hoping I wasn't missing something that mattered.

It was exhausting. And it was lonely. Because nobody tells you this part.

01 Monthly Family Session (60 min) Working session with you. Real problem-solving, not a discovery call. We map what's next, name where you're guessing, and pick the two things that actually move the year forward.
02 Your Family Playbook Living document specific to your athlete. Position-specific development plan. Camp and clinic filter. Coach and trainer decision framework. Updated after every session.
03 Between-Session Access Between-session decisions don't wait 30 days. Text or email for the questions that come up — the coach's pitch, the camp deadline, the position-change conversation. Answered inside 24 hours during the workweek.
